Pastor, Teaching Elder
Tre joined the Redeemer staff in July, 2008, after spending four years planting a PCA church in Danville, VA. Tre met his wife, April, at Mercer University in Macon, GA, and they were married in 1987. Tre then spent several years in social work before moving to Orlando to attend Reformed Theological Seminary in 1991. After graduating in 1994, Tre served as an associate pastor in Fredericksburg, VA, for seven years, as a senior pastor in Waynesboro, GA, for three years, and most recently as a solo church planter in Danville, VA. Tre and April have four children. Bradley (25), and Whitney (24), both live and work locally in Lynchburg. Timothy (19), is a sophomore at Roanoke College and Jacob (17), is a senior at E.C.Glass high school. April teaches yoga in downtown Lynchburg and enjoys outdoor photography. Tre is an avid outdoorsman and motorcycle rider.
Greg joined the Redeemer staff in 2010. Born and raised in Waterford Michigan, Greg married Wendy, his high school sweetheart, in 1988. Greg and Wendy have two sons, Taylor (22) and Keane (19) and both currently attend Liberty University. In 1987 Greg graduated from Liberty University with a BA in Christian Thought Biblical Studies and finished his Master of Religion in 2004. Wendy also graduated from Liberty University with a BS in Mathematics and has a Masters in Education. Wendy is a math teacher at Heritage High School and before coming on staff, Greg taught private music lessons for 15 years. Wendy enjoys the outdoors, tennis and scrapbooking; Greg loves to read and enjoys sports of all kinds.
Director of Student Ministries
Laura Webb became Director of Student Ministries in 2015 and is thrilled to get to impact the lives of students at Redeemer. Growing up in Lynchburg, she graduated from E.C. Glass high school, was a YoungLife kid, and was active her church’s youth group. With a degree in nursing from the University of Virginia, she moved to the Atlanta area and worked as a pediatric nurse and a violin teacher, as well as serving on staff at a large PCA church there. After moving back home to Virginia, she began attending Redeemer in 2003, leading worship as the church began. She has taught students to play stringed instruments at private schools in Georgia and Virginia and currently maintains a private violin studio in Lynchburg, as well as performing around the area as a free-lance musician. She loves good conversation, an abundance of music, flower gardening, and water slides. She is passionate about getting students plugged into the local church and equipping them to use their gifts for the Kingdom.
Children’s Ministry Coordinator
Meg was born in Lynchburg, and she also grew up in Decatur, Illinois and Radford, Virginia. She graduated from the University of Virginia in 2004. After working and training in Dallas from 2005 to 2009, she served overseas as a missionary with a Bible translation organization from 2009 to 2013. Meg has three daughters: Kate (8), Caroline (6), and Ella (4). She loves to read, knit, crochet, and exercise, and she enjoys painting landscapes in oil and acrylic.
